Two $500 awards are available.

A cover letter on organizational letterhead explaining your role with the rescue and how your organization has helped to provide a safe and secure place for our 4-legged northern breed friends.
We know saving even one life can create lasting change. Please share intake and adoption statistics and any other numbers you might have that help us better understand the work your rescue is doing.
Provide at least one success story of how a life has been saved and changed. Address how transportation and volunteers made a difference in saving this special life. Include the costs associated with this rescue and what it can take to ensure a dog is move to safety. Please feel free to include photos of the dog as well.
Please place all requested information into one document and ensure your document provides complete and up to date contact information so we can connect.

Organization must be 501(c)(3) and have a primary focus of helping northern breed dogs.

Organization must have been active for at least one year.

For Rescue Organizations

As we grow, grants will be available for:

1. Day to day items such as food

2. Preventative veterinary care (immunizations, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, etc)

3. Transport

In addition to grant specific questions, applicants will need to be able to provide the following:

1. 501(c)3 status

2. Northern breed specific/percentage of assistance going to Northern breeds

3. Organization financials/external audit if possible

4. Organization budget and plan as to how funds will be utilized
