Remembering Oso
Oso's legacy lives on.
Oso was adopted from Heartland Husky Rescue in Oklahoma. After being hit by a car, the rescue helped with his extensive veterinary care, and he was fostered by an amazing couple who loved him dearly. Oso was a high energy dog, and his exuberance scared away his potential adopters. The day we met Oso, we knew he was perfect for our family. He joined our pack and quickly became an excellent lead dog on the team. He was an amazing canicross dog and partner. Oso was a world traveler, competing at multiple world championship events in the sport of canicross.
Oso left us unexpectedly. We hope his legacy can live on as we work to help other northern breed dogs find unconditional love and happiness.
